Brian received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and then pursued continuing studies in physics at Wayne State University. During the course of his undergraduate studies at U of M, Brian was employed as a member of the Procurement Management Staff of the Office of Logistics for the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Thereafter, Brian graduated from Michigan State University College of Law. While attending law school, he clerked for the Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Brian’s practice is divided between litigation and the preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
