Robert received his B.A. degree from the University of Detroit with high honors and is pursuing continuing studies in physics and optics at Oakland University. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Robert interned for the Michigan State Senate Majority Policy Office in Lansing and clerked for the Chief Judge of the 54th (B) District Court. Robert’s practice is divided between trademark and copyright litigation as well as the preparation of patent applications in the mechanical arts. Robert is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association, and American Bar Association – Intellectual Property Section.
